Evonik Leap: Effective Influence & Performance Improvement
18-20 April 2018, China: Our expert was once again invited to China to conduct another training. This time around the training topic was The Effective Influence & Performance Improvement. In this training the participants were exposed to many kind of skills and qualities that a good influencer need. They were taught how to use aspects of communication and motivation emotion to increase the choices people have around influencing
The aim for this training was to increase self awareness & awareness of others’ needs, understand various motivational techniques to enhance employee’s commitment to their job & performance, learn to tackle problem situation in communication, learn to tackle problem situation in communication, learn to tackle problem situation in communication and many more.
Throughout the training, the participants were exposed to many activities as well as one-to-one guide from our trainers. Towards end of each activity, participants were encouraged to do reflection on oneself and shared their feeling as well as learned from other participants. The positive climate encouraged openness in the discussion and participants learned to look into their blind spots. All participants were very happy and enjoyed the session.
