Recognized as a leadership keynote trainer and mentor, Mr. Bryan Ng has been conducting training for professionals nationally and internationally in transformational leadership and coaching for the past 14 years. He has worked closely with presidents, CEOs to design as well as implement strategic change and leadership development initiatives and worked with thousands of corporate or organizational executives. His unique training method combines teachings with positive psychology and creative thinking into a comprehensive integrated, behaviorally effective mind program. Many clients throughout the world have personally experienced his training approach and commitment to learning transfer principles.

Prior to corporate training, he has been working for more than I0 years. His last role was serving as a Corporate General Manager with overall mission to transform the business to a professional organization. He oversaw the total operations and was managing 10 different agencies. He spearheaded the changes by recruiting young professionals into the organization and helping new managers to fit in and creating new attitude in the organization. With the new professional team, he has successfully set up sustainable systems and processes to allow the Company to expand even further.

During started his employment in the corporate world as a Chemist in the laboratory. His role was mainly focusing on detail analysis and report writing. As time passed, realising his passion in people, Albert decided to branch out to Sales and Marketing. His strong laboratory experience, sharp observation in analysis coupled with his strong mastery with facts made him a unique Sales and Marketing person. His success has led him to move up quickly in his career ladder and ultimately holding the portfolio as the Sales Manager overseeing the international market including Europe, India, China region and taking care of International key accounts such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson, ReckittBenkiseretc. His passion for sharing and people development brought him to further venture into training. Mr. Albert specializes in communication, presentation & negotiation skill. His practical, easy going and creative delivery allowed him to help organization and individual to transform and transcend quickly and effectively. As a speaker that never stops learning, Mr. Albert continues to pursue his Certified Financial Planner.
