We are looking for: Office Administrator


Location: Petaling Jaya,Selangor (next to AmCorp Mall & Taman Jaya Putra LRT Station)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of administration functions and other office duties.
  • Support the Training Manager in his/her day to day management & Training activities.
  • Report to Training Manager.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the office and implement training and work processes.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Clerical Administration, Communication and Interpersonal skills, MS Office,etc.
  • Required language(s): English, BahasaMalaysia, Mandarin
  • Organized and Good attention to details
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
