9. What is the purpose of attending Advance Technology Coaching? Wouldn’t attending training be sufficient?(Move to TOP)

Many participants realized the tremendous power of excel after attending our classes. However, achieving training performance does not mean creating results in job performance. This is because the moment a participant is back to work, whether they can apply the knowledge and skill learnt is also affected by many other factors such as workload, resource availability, opportunity to practice, supervisor/peer support in technical skills and organizational culture etc.

Realizing the challenges, participants have been asking us whether we can help to guide them to change their reports or create new on applying to their current work. The Coaching program for Advance Excel Application aims to fill this gap.  Participants can now bring their problem to us. Our trainers will discuss with the participant, review the case and guide them through on how to resolve it during the class. Here, every participant will work together to brainstorm the issue, analyse the gap, conceptualise the framework, define the goal and hands on building a new model to solve either their own challenges or the challenges others are facing.
